This earned Aerosmith international fame and recognition. These albums had legendary hits like "Dream On", "Walk This Way" and "Sweet Emotion". Aerosmith's five first albums all were multi-platinum. Toys in the Attic and Rocks were also multi-platinum. As the decade progressed however, the group's hectic lifestyle of playing, recording and staying together was beginning to wear them down.
